1. Shake bottle gently before use
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril
3. Press down firmly on the dispense and inhale gently
4. Repeat in the other nostril.


Each bottle contains 0.3 fl oz (9mL) of formula and lasts 30 days with daily use. Each spray delivers approximately 0.15mL.
